The Bible study group meets from September to June, on a monthly basis. Formerly the Women's Bible study group, it has been meeting since our two congregations joined together. We now welcome all who wish to explore and gain insight of scriptures.
Our sessions usually follow a format of reading Bible passages together, joining in a discussion about them, and then how it relates to our present lives. This is followed with a time for fellowship.
The curriculum will often follow a theme for the year, exploring the Gospels, passages from the epistles, the Old Testament, Psalms, and recently the New Testament Apocrypha. In years past we explored the stories of women of the Bible.
