christ trinity choir

Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music. Psalm 98: 4

Music Team

Mari Enoch, Organist
John Arthur Miller, Choir Director
Nancy King, Organist
Music at Christ Trinity Church takes many forms: reflection, praise, contemplation and sometimes, sheer joy! At our 8 o’clock service, it is minimal, with just an a cappella congregational singing of “Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow,” often in two- or three-part harmony.
At the 10 o’clock service, our organists provide reflective music and accompany the congregation in hymn-singing and service music. The choir leads us in our worship as well, chanting the Psalm and singing an Offertory anthem. The anthems come from all eras and styles of music, from the great European sacred tradition, to contemporary expressions of faith, to rousing Gospel songs, and rhythmic music from Africa. Occasionally, our children join us in song.  Scattered throughout the year are special services.  All of our musicians are generous with their time and talent. Together, our voices lift our spirits to the heavens.

Christ Trinity Church

                      BE OUR GUEST
Christ Trinity Church is a fairly unique congregation.  Our current congregation was born when Trinity Lutheran Church began worshiping and serving with Christ Episcopal Church over a decade ago.  Since that time the two congregations have become woven into one, still fully connected with The Episcopal Church and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  We worship together each Sunday using a blend of the traditions of both denominations.  We serve together out in the community and out in the world.  We are one church, welcoming, open and affirming of all people.  Here you can be yourself regardless of label.  Episcopalian if you like.  Lutheran if you want.   Lutherpalian if that fits.  Or, like many of us,  still searching along the way.
